World Compassion Forum

Roy Mathew & Co. is a member of The World Compassion Forum. The Forum’ is a platform to facilitate the assembly of genuinely compassionate people from around the world. They collectively collaborate to identify present-day problems facing humanity. Together, they deliberate and arrive at a solution as well as design a pathway to solve those identified problems. The presently identified need is in Youth Empowerment.

The Centre For Youth Empowerment

The Forum believes that the pathway to youth empowerment is, first to build competence in them through credible employment that will also offer training for advancement.

Youth Empowerment activities will be aimed at inculcating the 7Cs within their growth mindset. They are Competence; Capacity for self-development; Confidence; Commitment; Communication; Consistency; and Cultural proximity to achievers.

We at the RMC are committed to executing the mission of Youth Empowerment which will provide youths with both a profession and an opportunity for advancement in life.
